Finding Rotary Youth Leadership Award (RYLA) candidates in your community
RYLA seeks to recognise, encourage
and develop future community and workplace leaders by offering them an
intensive training experience.
The
programme will be run 22-27 January 2014.
Rotary Clubs could be looking to
sponsor at least one youth in their community to help them to unleash their
leadership potential.
The qualities of a candidate..
● 18 – 24 years of age
● demonstrates leadership potential
Candidates
could be anyone from…
● a child or grandchild of a Rotarian,
● a local teacher,
● an apprentice (builder, butcher, electrician)
● local sports coach, or
● an aspiring student
